12ozChunky salsa (1 jar)
1cSweet corn
3/4cMircale Whip(R)
1tbChili powder
2cTortilla chips (crushed)
2cColby/Monterey Jack cheese

1>. Heat oven to 350øF. Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip(R) and chili powder. 2>. Layer 1/2 meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole. Repeat layers. 3>. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato, if desired.
